NOTE: Because Buzzer Chat uses patched legacy Yahoo! Messenger clients, some antivirus programs may flag the client or patcher as suspicious. This can happen because patchers modify old executable files, which is behavior commonly associated with cracks or malware. Recommended options: 1. Install and use Buzzer Chat inside a virtual machine. 2. Use a dedicated old PC/laptop with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, or 8.1. 3. If your antivirus blocks the patcher, temporarily allow only the Buzzer Chat folder or the patcher file, then re-enable protection immediately after installation. 4. This patcher only changes the server endpoints required for Yahoo! Messenger to connect to Buzzer Chat. 5. Always download clients and patchers only from the official Buzzer Chat website.
